Naan Puri (Variation of khameera rotla)
Sesame (tal) seeds for sprinkling
2 cups flour
1 tablespoons solid ghee or if melted 2 tablespoons
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
1 egg (Keep a little for brushing puris on top)
Make dough with half water and milk

Roll out as thick as roti and with a 7 cm cutler, cut out into rounds, and brush with egg, and sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds. Then in deep oil fry slowly, pouring oil on top till the puri has risen to double its size. Then turn over and fry till a pale golden color.
